HR Manager

The Role: 

You will have the following duties and responsibilities.

• Supporting Senior Managers with employee relations, health and wellbeing and people policies, providing support and guidance on HR issues, concerns and queries and overseeing ER cases
• Manage partner HR life cycle, ensuring collaboration, consistency, and personal development.
• Support Managers with recruitment needs ensuring the best on boarding experience for new starters.
• Organise and promote employee engagement initiatives across our three Brands.
• To ensure effective and legal compliance with regards to all personnel data and records, providing timely and accurate information to payroll.
• Implement HR initiatives to support delivery of company strategy.
• To compile monthly HR metrics including staff turnover, retention etc. and create and implement action plans and recommend changes for improvement.
• Promote excellent communication and Collaboration among employees.
• Develop relationships with schools, colleges, and recruitment opportunities for talent pipeline.
• To provide coaching and mentoring in a confidential manner.
• To keep up to date with best practice, personal development, and legislation.
• Collaborate for seamless client service and knowledge sharing.

HR Manger

The Candidate

• An HR generalist background at Manager level preferably within the manufacturing or supply chain background.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Minimum 4 years HR Management experience.
• A passion for engagement, employee relations & learning and development.
• A strong working knowledge of employment law and CIPD qualified.
• Ability to problem solve both operational and strategic issues through a pragmatic and commercially sound approach.
• A coaching, agile and innovative management style, committed to implementing people led processes.
• Passionate and enthusiastic
• Ability to build great rapport and relationships across all levels within the business.

The Company

Our client is a global organization. They are currently looking to recruit a HR Manager for their office in Trafford Park They will be reporting to and working with senior executives within the business. This is a permanent role and with a well-established, privately owned company with ambitious expansion plans.
