Food Production Operatives – Immediate Start | Burton-Upon-Trent

Looking for reliable, long-term work? We’re recruiting Food Production Operatives to join our busy site with immediate starts available.

Location: Burton-Upon-Trent

Working Hours:

• Sunday to Thursday: 10:00pm – 6:00am (night shift)

Pay Rates:

• Standard: £14.55 per hour

• Overtime (over 40 hours): £17.69 per hour

• Saturday Overtime: £20.83 per hour

Role Responsibilities:

• Work on a production line assembling and packing food products

• Achieve daily targets while maintaining quality standards

• Follow Health & Safety and Food Safety procedures at all times

• Collaborate with your team to deliver high-quality results

Candidate Requirements:

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Capable of following instructions and working safely

• Positive team player
