Design Coordinator (Part 2 / Part 3)

Location: Central London
⏱️ Contract: 2‑month urgent contract (potential extension)
Rate: £18.50 per hour (UTR CIS basis)
Start: Immediate
Sector: High‑End Fit‑Out

We’re urgently recruiting a Design Coordinator (Part 2 / Part 3) to support a high‑end interior fit‑out project in Central London. This role suits someone with strong AutoCAD capability, excellent technical detailing skills, and experience working in fast‑paced, design‑led environments.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Producing and coordinating white box drafting packages
• Developing typical construction details
• Preparing and updating coordinated AutoCAD drawings
• Supporting fit‑out coordination between design and site teams
• Managing drawing registers, document logs, and revision control

What We’re Looking For

✅ Strong AutoCAD skills (essential)
✅ Proven experience within high‑end interior fit‑out
✅ Understanding of white box stage and technical detailing
✅ Ability to work quickly and accurately within a structured coordination environment
✅ Part 2 / Part 3 qualification is an advantage
