Pay Rates

• £15.50 per hour
• Overtime paid at £23.25 after 48 hours

The Role – Class 1 Tanker Driver

We are currently recruiting experienced Class 1 Tanker Drivers for a long-term temp to perm opportunity with a well-established transport and manufacturing operation.

This role involves the collection and delivery of non-flammable liquid products to customer and production sites across the UK.

As the products are non-hazardous, ADR is NOT required.

Key Responsibilities

• Nationwide tanker deliveries and collections
• Completing daily vehicle checks and paperwork
• Maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism
• Ensuring deliveries are completed efficiently and on time
• Working closely with transport and site teams

Requirements

• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) Licence
• Valid Driver CPC & Digital Tachograph Card
• Previous tanker experience preferred, but not essential
• No ADR licence required
• Reliable and professional attitude
• Good understanding of driver hours and regulations
