We're working with a well-established global engineering manufacturer to recruit a Business Support Administrator. Operating across aerospace and other highly regulated sectors, this is a business with a strong track record and continued investment in growth and people.

The Role

This is a varied administrative position supporting day-to-day operations across different departments. You'll play a key role in keeping processes running smoothly and supporting wider business activities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing general administrative support across teams
• Processing purchase orders and invoices
• Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
• Supporting payroll and timesheet administration
• Acting as a first point of contact for incoming calls
• Assisting with data entry, reporting, and system updates
• Supporting internal projects and business initiatives
• Liaising with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in an administrative or business support role
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• High attention to detail
• A proactive, positive approach with a willingness to learn
