Automotive Manufacturing Operative – Foston, Derby (DE65 5BT)
Full-Time | Temp to Perm

We are recruiting Manufacturing Operatives to join a leading automotive manufacturer based at Dove Valley Park, Foston. This role involves producing and assembling interior components for vehicles, working with automated machinery, and operating large press machines.

Hours of Work

• 35 hours per week

• Two-shift rotation:

  • Week 1: 06:00–13:55

  • Week 2: 15:20–23:15

• Two breaks per shift (total 55 minutes)

• Mandatory 10-minute pre-shift briefing

Pay Rates

• £12.32 per hour

• £14.23 per hour for hours worked after 6pm on the afternoon shift

• Mandatory overtime of up to 3 hours (may be requested on the day)
