️ Assembly Operative – Night Shift | Temp to Perm | Chesterfield (S41)

Location: Chesterfield, S41 Shift Pattern: Sunday to Thursday, 10:00pm – 6:00am Weekly Hours: 40 hours Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour Contract Type: Temp to Perm First Aid Training Required

Your Role Will Include:

• Assembling frames and door components to specification

• Installing hardware such as hinges, locks, and glass

• Using hand and power tools to complete builds

• Working safely with composite materials

• Ensuring all products meet strict quality and dimensional standards

• Identifying and correcting defects during production

• Following all health and safety procedures while operating machinery and handling materials

What We’re Looking For:

• Practical mindset with strong attention to detail

• Experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred

• Comfortable working night shifts and using tools

• First Aid trained (essential)

• Reliable, safety-conscious, and a team player
