Recruitment Resourcer / Delivery Consultant

Location: Greater Manchester (Office-based with flexibility)
Salary: £27,000 – £32,000 + Commission + Progression

We’re looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join a growing engineering recruitment business, supporting delivery on roles across precision engineering, aerospace and defence.

This isn’t a “throw CVs at jobs and hope” type role.

You’ll be working directly with an experienced recruiter who’s been on the tools himself - meaning you’ll learn how to properly qualify roles, understand what good looks like, and actually match the right people to the right businesses.

What you’ll be doing

• Sourcing high-quality engineering candidates (CNC, Quality, Composites, Engineering, etc.)
• Speaking to candidates, qualifying their experience and understanding what they actually want
• Writing and formatting CVs to a high standard ready for client submission
• Managing candidate processes from first call through to offer stage
• Supporting live roles with real clients (not just speculative work)
• Building your own network of candidates within niche engineering markets

What we’re looking for

• Someone who’s proactive and not afraid to pick up the phone
• Strong attention to detail - this matters in the markets we work in
• Good communication skills - no corporate waffle, just clear and honest
• Someone who wants to learn recruitment properly, not just hit KPIs
• Engineering background or interest is a big advantage (but not essential)
