Account Coordinator

Onsite Coordinator.

As an Onsite Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for candidate queries and engagement.

A little bit about you:

  • You will be experienced and familiar with the recruitment industry.
  • Professional telephone manner and appearance
  • Willingness to interact with people face to face and over the phone to build relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Excellent standard of spoken and written English. Any other languages is always desirable to us.
  • Willingness to learn and develop.
  • Ability to work in a team and well with others.

Role Details:

  • £26000 per annum 
  • Location: Luton
  • Hours: Monday to Friday: 05:30am- 1400 (some flexibility may be required)
  • Position is available for an immediate start.
  • Possibility of Temp to Perm

Here’s what you can expect to be doing:

  • First point of contact for all candidate queries
  • Checking workers have turned up for their shift and sourcung replacements.
  • Completing and keeping all relevant KPI reports and staffing planners up to date.
  • Handling payroll and invoice queries
  • Building a long-term trusted relationship with the client and agency workers
  • Understanding clients’ requirements and ensuring candidates have the relevant experience and are recruited within the required time frame.
  • Induct, assess and onboard all successful candidates.
  • Managing the full recruitment process: Placing and screening of adverts on relevant job boards and social media, conducting candidate interviews and assigning successful candidates to the role
