Our client based in Manchester are looking for a qualified time served Head of Finance to join the not for profit business as the number one in the accounting function.

As a member of the leadership team, you will work closely with the CEO and the senior Operations team to oversee all the financial and commercial development of the organisation.

You will be pivotal in providing strategic leadership for all commercial activities and to drive the KPis of the business as well. This will include strategic use of facilities to ensure full utilisation to ensure delivery of primary aims and objectives.

To manage the function and drive innovation to create new ethical and radical routes to market, creating new income streams.

To create and implement the strategy to drive new services as well as developing new opportunities and partnerships for the organisation.

You will be a qualified accountant for this Head of Finance role ideally with extensive experience in the not for profit/charity sector. The key to success in this role is to have the ability to lead from the front and to be innovative with your management of the team and function.
