Are you a skilled Aluminium Fabricator with a passion for quality and craftsmanship? We’re seeking a reliable, experienced professional to take charge of fabrication tasks involving aluminium frames—from doors and windows to curtain walling—within a fast-paced production environment.

Position: Aluminium Fabricator Location: Millennium Business Park, Mansfield Working Hours: To be confirmed – flexibility required to meet project deadlines Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

️ Job Overview: You'll support the Operations Production Manager in all aspects of aluminium fabrication in line with scheduled production targets. You’ll be using your expertise in systems such as Technical, Metal Tech, and Schueco to create top-tier aluminium solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform fabrication, hanging, beading, and gasketing of aluminium doors, windows, and curtain wall

• Operate tools and machinery including punch tools, mitre saw, copy router, and pillar drill

• Deliver technical support to both the fabrication team and the wider business

• Assist with receiving deliveries and managing goods inwards

• Carry out daily internal maintenance and report issues to the line manager

• Maintain 5S housekeeping standards in the workspace

• Perform quality control inspections on deliveries and in-progress work

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in aluminium fabrication

• Strong product knowledge in Technical, Metal Tech, and Schueco systems

• Organised, efficient, and able to manage priorities under pressure

• Self-motivated, solution-driven, and proactive in improving processes

• Team player who collaborates effectively and communicates clearly

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to consistent quality and adherence to procedures
