We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join us as the Head of Permanent Recruitment Division at Winsearch.


Role Overview
Reporting directly to the Co-Managing Director, you will lead and manage the operations of our Permanent Recruitment Division, Winsearch. In this pivotal role, you will drive strategic initiatives, ensure the delivery of high-quality services, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. You will play a key part in shaping the future growth of Winsearch and the overall business, influencing high-impact initiatives and driving both innovation and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategy Development – Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction. Stay ahead of industry trends to keep Winsearch’s offerings competitive and innovative.
  2. Leadership & People Management – Lead and manage the Permanent Recruitment Division, ensuring team goals align with overall company objectives.
  3. Business Development – Cultivate a culture of sales and business development within Winsearch, with a passion for driving growth.
  4. Financial Management – Oversee budgets, resources, and operational processes, managing the division's Profit & Loss to meet financial targets.
  5. Operational Delivery – Ensure high performance within the professional services team, collaborating with other departments on cross-functional initiatives and projects to improve service quality.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven senior management experience within the recruitment sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent strategic planning and execution capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A growth mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Experience in managing ATS systems and implementing operational change.
