Assembly Operative

Assembly Operator required for our Automotive Client in Leamington Spa. We are offering permanent morning shift with combination of different roles within the business

Our client is a leading global automotive supplier, we are experts in designing, manufacturing, and supplying innovative solutions for vehicles around the world. Our product portfolio includes trim, headliners, and acoustic systems, as well as lighting and other interior systems. We offer comprehensive solutions with a focus on quality, safety, and sustainability. Our products are used in many of the world’s leading car brands. In fact, three out of four cars nowadays, have interiors made by them.

Role:
As an Assembly Operator you will be working on behalf of our client, they are a leading manufacturing organisation that specialises in the automotive sector. You will be trained on various processes to suit your individual skill set. This could be either the manufacturing process, foam plant process or the assembling.

Hours of work:
Monday-Thursday: 0600-1400, Friday: 0600-1300 with OT Opportunities

Pay rates and OT Rates:
Permanent Moring Shift:
-       £12.52 / hour
OT Rates at x1.5:
-       £16.88
OT Rates at x2.0:
-       £22.51
