At cardfactory’s Wakefield distribution hub, every order starts with you. From picking customer orders and packing items ready for dispatch, to quality checking products and loading or unloading containers, you'll play a key part in getting celebration essentials to stores and customers across the UK.
You may also support with stock replenishment and other warehouse tasks, all helping to keep operations running smoothly and ensuring every delivery meets Card Factory’s high standards.

Pay and shifts vary dependent on your location and role.
Warehouse Operatives work fixed weekday shifts,
either 6:00am–2:00pm or 2:00pm–10:00pm,
across a 40-hour week with overtime available after 40 hours
overtime and weekend work.
Pay starts at £13.01 per hour for the early shift, and £14.54 per hour for the late shift, with enhanced overtime rates and up to 33 days of annual leave.
Typical duties include picking and packing customer orders, quality checking products, loading and unloading containers, and stock replenishment. Experience isn’t essential as full training is provided, but reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail are key.
